Watermelon Green Juice

I have been trying to get back into juicing regularly. Every time I start back up, I wonder why I ever stopped! I feel much better when I've started my day with a nice big glass of fresh juice. My mind feels clearer, my skin brightens up, and I just feel better.

This is a quick juice I made this morning, and it was so yummy!

Watermelon Green Juice
2-3 cups watermelon
4 large pieces of watermelon rind- just the white part, cut away the green rind
1 large handful of spinach
4-6 romaine leaves
1/2 cucumber

Add all of the ingredients into your juice, and serve over ice! With ice, I got a quart of juice from the recipe.

I love juicing the watermelon rind! The white rind holds lots of nutrients and makes your juice stretch further. I'm loving tossing sweet watermelon into my morning juice!
