This week has been all about rest, and catching up. Sam and I were both really sick, and we have still been pretty slow moving this week.
I'm transitioning back into a healthier, lower processed diet, and I'm loving it! I've been sipping on lots of homemade green juice and eating raw fruits and veggies. I'm already seeing such a difference in my skin and mood. Gotta love the power of plants!

Mason has been all about the snuggling lately. He is becoming quite the attention seeking pup! He likes to wedge himself between Sam and I if he isn't getting the attention he wants.
Despite being sick, I have loved the extra time I have had with Sam this week.
Chocolate Banana Soft Serve
1-2 frozen bananas- freeze the bananas chopped and peeled!
1 T cocoa powder
1/2 t vanilla
1-2 T unsweetened almond milk, if needed
liquid stevia to taste- I used 5-7 drops
Blend until smooth! I had to use a little almond milk in my blender to help this blend. I topped mine with shredded coconut. It tastes like sweet, creamy ice cream, without the added sugar.
