Rejuvenating Juice

Its no secret that I'm a juice lover. Ask my husband or family. I get all excited when I bring out my juicer. Maybe I'm just weird like that. Anyone else have a love affair with their juicer? Anyone?

The health benefits of juicing are astounding. Just check out Netflix these days. There are tons of documentaries praising the benefits of a plant based diet. The documentary Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead is a great watch, and it shows you the real life transformation of a man who switched over to a plant based diet that focused on juicing.



Now, I love all of the health benefits of fresh juice, but in my book, it has to be tasty. and oh boy, is this juice tasty! If you are new to juicing, I would suggest using a little less celery, and maybe a extra carrot or apple instead. I like the taste of a ''greener'' juice, but if you are just starting out, it may taste too green to you. But don't omit all of the greens. Trust me, you won't taste them. And as you keep juicing, you will be amazed to see how your body adjusts to tastes and craves a greener juice.
